Usually negative pressure: the hoods exhaust more air than the make-up air system returns, so conditioned air gets pulled out of the building. We measure the airflow, then fix the balance — often without replacing any equipment.
Do you replace rooftop units?
Yes — including crane coordination, curb adapters, gas and electrical reconnection, and permits. We'll also tell you honestly when a repair buys you another season instead.
